Human Performance Improvement (HPI)
CORE International professionals are certified in Human Performance Improvement (HPI) by the Association for Talent Development (ATD) formerly Association for Training and Development (ASTD). HPI allows for the review of the interface between workflow and goals to actual human performance. Our HPI application lets us identify for our clients the cause analysis as well as solution options and implementation techniques. It includes evaluating and documenting results to show improvement in the performance state. HPI, when properly implemented, provides for a continual state of review and identification of gaps that hinder high-level performance whether the gap is in knowledge, motives, resources, procedures, information, etc. or a combination of these. Through solution "selections" leaders and managers can choose the options that best meet their organization's needs. CORE assists with the implementation function within the organization as the "outsider" supporting the change while leaders and managers remain "insiders", reducing tensions which can come about when change is implemented.
