Program Management
CORE International Inc. (Core) provides technical, financial and consulting program management services for multi sector programs often funded by multilateral donor organizations. All our project managers have over 15 years experience in coordinating the implementation of small projects as well as multimillion dollar development programs in energy, environment, industry and transportation development areas. Often such programs require coordination of dozens of local government institutions and private and public entities. Our program management approach is based on the best practices in technical consulting and training and capacity building. CORE has successfully managed programs funded by The World Bank, Asian Development Bank , U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), U.S. Trade and Development Agency, African Development Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and other development organizations.
