Economic Analysis and Project Evaluation
Over the last two decades, CORE International, Inc. has performed economic analysis and evaluated hundreds of international projects for potential financing in over 87 countries in the infrastructure and industry sectors. CORE has conducted the evaluation mission, prepared budgets, and comprehensive Terms of References for feasibility studies. Our assessments consistently meet the requirements of the potential financing institutions, such as The World Bank, U.S. Trade and Development Agency, International Monetary Fund (IMF), U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and other donor and development institutions. CORE 's approach to evaluating projects' technical and financial feasibility is based on considering the variable aspects of development issues - the economic, social, institutional, political and human factors.
CORE 's recommendations often initiate the sector reform process including restructuring, privatization, and policy reforms, stimulating the investment environment and private sector development. The activities performed by CORE have facilitated U.S. exports in excess of $300 million and development projects in excess of $2.35 billion.
