Direct Task Order Contracting

The FY 2003 Appropriations Act provides new authority that allows USAID to award task orders to small, and small disadvantaged businesses without competition under IQCs where the small business is the Prime Contractor. USAID may place task orders of any size directly with CORE under the above IQCs.
